I went to Cavender’s for some extra support for boots. I didn’t realize I got the round toe instead of square. I went to exchange them an unfortunately I didn’t have the receipt. I asked the lady in the back if I could exchange them and she was very nice and polite and said I could. Her name was Toni. I get to the front desk and there was a woman named Leeann. My first time in a Cavender’s and it was great! Store was beautiful and the salespeople were so helpful! The prices were good and selection was amazing. My only suggestion is having more items that say Cavender’s but I find this with the company not this store
Stopped to shop here at Cavenders. Beautiful store but when I walked in the store temperature was extremely hot, felt like there was no air in the air. Was walking around I saw a couple women putting jeans away and saw sweat dripping! I’m sorry but I’d like a cooler store and no sweat on my product! I stopped by July 11th sometime in the evening I was very surprised there was nobody that greeted us or anywhere to be seen on the floor. There was a new guy who said he hadn’t seen anyone else out on the floor. I witnessed a couple get very upset that they were waiting at the register for so long that they actually were yelling and laid their handful of clothes on the counter and left. Worth the stop. They have all the good stuff. Wish I could have stayed and had a hat fitted but we spent enough as it was :) . Staff was helpful and friendly. Would come back again for sure.
