This place is amazing! I've passed by the store many times and finally decided to go in to look for a pair of boots. I walked in the door and was floored with the sheer amounts of boots that were available. They have a boot for any occasion. Pricing was very reasonable. The staff helped me out "more than a few times" answering all my question's and assisting me in learning. They don't just sell boots, this is a full western wear shop. Everybody is super friendly and the guy molding the hats was super helpful when it came to choose the right size and to fitted to my needs, prices were reasonable and the quality is amazing
I bought a pair of boots that developed an indentation along a seam that hurt my foot. I took the boots back to Cavender's without a receipt. Mark looked at the boots, felt the seam, and offered to exchange them for another pair. He was very professional and polite. He helped me find another pair of boots and the exchange was made. I had to pay a little extra money because the boots I selected were slightly more expensive. The service and experience was outstanding. I will be back.
Super helpful and informative sales staff guiding me through all the brands to help me find just the right fit. Great selection of boot styles and colors from everyday casual to colorful embroidery and bling. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for western wear.
Great selection of cowboy boots and ladies clothing! So many outfits to choose from especially in ladies dept. greeted when I came in as well!

We went here looking for cowboy boots for the 3 year old. We ended up not being anything because she did not like the feel of boots, but man, this place has literally thousands of boots for men, women, and children. Plus just about everything else that you can think of that is Western/Cowboy themed. Hats, belts, shirts, much, much more.That is not really my style of dress, but I can see this place as an interesting place to take visitors from out of town to see where "real" Texans shop.

10/10 don't recommend purchasing boots from Cavenders online or in store. I ordered boots online & was sent the completely wrong boot and it was a floor model so it appeared "worn". They wouldn't send me my correct boot until they received their incorrect boot back. So as directed, I went to return everything in store and while doing so the team at this location was so rude to me and didn't want to refund me because the boot was a worn floor model.
