Went in and asked about a shirt they had but didnt have in my size. I asked if there were any Large perhaps in back. "No, what we have is on the rack." Which is fine but what happened to I can call another store since im not doing much or maybe, you can try our website. Most things are easily found there. I drove a long ways to visit this store through traffic and madness. They can care less. Nice store is why they got a one star. Other than that, they owe me a star or two.
This team, has been excellent. I have a FAT foot, and everytime I come in it’s no complaints just pure action and hospitality. They’ve accommodated my every ask. Thank you all, and thank you to David for today’s help.
I came in the other day and to summarize my shopping experience. The staff need to ensure they are up to date n inventory. I came in looking for the Candle E brand candles. The first young lady made no attempts to really assist. I informed her that I did not see the candles and they have a new vendor. The second young lady gave recommendations of other stores in the area who carry the candles. Being that I’m still new to Tx this was helpful! The employee bryan was very helpful and shaped my hat to my liking. Very professional.
Jeanette, Joselyn and Fabian have been so amazing to me! One girl always makes sure I’m taken care of when I need my boots stretched since I’m pregnant right now.. And she tells me if I need anything to come see her. I love it here.
