First of all I want to say I was followed around the store from the owner/boss whatever he is . He is super rude & creepy for following me around. I asked the lady at the register who he was she said he was the owner/boss. Don't come here unless you wanna be followed around. He even standed by me where I was about to pay just staring. He needs to get fired & get a better boss that is more respectful. Also I'm not the 1st that gets followed around by him. More reviews say that same.

Worst service I've ever received at any Cavender's. I repeatedly had to go hunt someone down for help and the two lady's were just standing at the front visiting when there were several of us wanting to ask questions. Not once did anyone say, "Can I help you?" It's no wonder companies are closing to online stores.

I will never in my life go back to this store they accused me of taking something and followed me outside to my vehicle while I had my baby in my arms just stood there asking questions when I told them go ahead and search me so I can go on and leave it was 97 degrees outside and I'm standing there sweating with my baby while they looked at me take diapers and formula out my bag WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I visited this location today with my daughter's. There were about 6 employees by register and NO ONE acknowledged us when we walked in. They glanced at us, turned around and carried on with there conversation. No one ever greeted or asked if we needed help. We walked around for about 10 mins and nothing! My daughter found some boots she really liked and I told her to put them back! I will be visiting the Arlington location to purchase boots were there is better customer service! I will never go to the Mesquite location!

I came to exchange some boots and noticed it was extremely crowded with long lines. I would not go during peak times because they do not enforce masks on customers or distancing. Going during slow times would be better except employees themselves are not wearing masks properly or at all. Some just wear thin scarves its sad to see the lack of seriousness for this difficult time.

I never go back to this store soon I walk in, the man on the register told the cop to follow me, i never felt neglected before it was the worst experience in my life I get to the register and he was so rude didn't even say hi grab my stuff and charge I ask one of the girls working there she say that man is one of the managers well if he is they need a new manager that is not how you manage a store

If you want pretentious, stuck up, rude service this place is for you. The sales staff did not acknowledge us, even though we were the only ones in the store.
