Ian was immediately helpful. Great smile, knew how to help and even gave us space to shop before checking up on us after a while. Great experience for some weekend shopping - definitely thankful! Found some great boots and the store was in great shape, thanks ya'll!
Today was my very first time in Cavender’s and upon entering the store, I was greeted and asked if they could help me find anything. I said no, I’m just looking lol After several minutes of looking at the ladies jeans the associate asked me if I was still doing ok! I replied yes I was and she said ok if you need anything let me know. I proceeded to find the items I was looking for and made my way to the check out where a very nice lady helped me. Love the people there, and they are so helpful. Some of the lower end brands are not really worth buying. They do have there own brand that seams to be reasonabley priced and good value. Great boot selection.
Went in to get a hat and picked one out, asked the staff if there was anyone available to shape it and they said yes. Waited for 25 min and nobody ever showed up. Went up to ask again and felt like I was inconveniencing them. Then after the young lady slowly went to ask another worker she came back and said “we actually don’t have anyone here to do that.” Shouldn’t have to feel like I’m inconveniencing folks that get paid to help customers out. Waste of my time.
Went in and Immediately got rushed to get helped. It would have been nice if they weren’t trying to sell you the most expensive and ugliest boots. Either way got left alone and found an ok pair of boots.
