UPDATE: +3 stars for the owner's response. Will update if I ever visit again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Extremely unprofessional and rude people. We got there over 30 minutes before closing to do something quick, and one of the employees locked the door in my daughters' faces as they approached the store---no explanation, no kindness, just a snobby smirk and walked away. Unlikely that I will ever return. There are plenty of other good western stores in Oklahoma!
Thought the store opened at 8:30. Guy was an absolute jerk when I walked in a few minutes early to grab some boots. Honest mistake buddy. Get a different job if you hate it so much.
Ten til close they took care of me with NO attitude. Hard to get these days. Tender went smooth as well.. They take care of Veterans Here 🫡
Called and checked on store availability for an item I was looking for. Michelle was very kind & helpful. She went out of her way to help me out & was so friendly while doing so. Exceptional customer service!
Kirby worked very hard to get my boots. He is also very knowledgeable and skilled at sizing boots I have narrow feet so I can't buy boots off the rack. They had to be custom ordered. I ordered these at a time (covid) when boot companies couldn't ship stock orders regardless of custom orders. He worked tirelessly, diligently and endlessly to get the boots that I wanted and fit my feet like a glove.
