Kirby worked very hard to get my boots. He is also very knowledgeable and skilled at sizing boots I have narrow feet so I can't buy boots off the rack. They had to be custom ordered. I ordered these at a time (covid) when boot companies couldn't ship stock orders regardless of custom orders. He worked tirelessly, diligently and endlessly to get the boots that I wanted and fit my feet like a glove.
Great selection of boots I found some that I'm pretty happy about. There was one thing that hurt my feelings pretty bad. I'm pretty sure I'm one of the only brown people that walks in there with tattoos. A woman saw me looking at the boots and just would not leave me alone. I thought it was good customer service at first. However, seeing her peek around the corner every 10 seconds at me, I eventually realized she thought I was trying to steal something. They have an excellent selection and a wide range of sizes. The provide a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful staff that are there to assist when need. I will definitely be back
Terrible service restroom dirty no toilet paper. Told employees of situation only response "sorry " asked to speak to manager, were told he was busy with paperwork could not come out to see us. No fewer than 5 different employees ignored our request for assistance.
