Customer Service was wonderful! Josh helped us through every important decisions on renovating our bathroom and new floors throughout the house! The bathroom turned out gorgeous and the new wood floors are beautiful and make a huge difference! The installation guys were also so professional, courteous, efficient and perfectionists! They didn't miss any detail.. My husband was very impressed. I feel like I have a new house! Thank you CC Carpet!
The wife and I visited the Mesquite showroom and spoke with Laura. She was very nice and very professional. We knew what we were looking for and she took us right to the product. She showed several that fit the requirements we stated and we made our choice. Joe came out a few days later and measured and we selected the final color. The installers came out to install the carpet. These were two older men that looked like they had been installing carpet sense it was invented. They did a fantastic job. Showroom sales gentleman, Osilio, extremely helpful & courteous in every way, all the way thru measuring rooms in house, including providing visual of partial floorplan. He's a real asset to CCC. Installation crew was on time, worked thru house in efficient manner, was courteous & thorough & cleaned up after themselves nicely. Very pleased with job. Nice company to do business with.

Very happy with all aspects of CC Carpet. We needed carpet for a rental property and needed it quick. They sent a sales person out same day and 2 days later job was done and done well. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
I had a blowout on vehicle and everyone I met was nice and courteous even tho I didn’t get any carpet clean the experience from staff was great and I would recommend there service off their courtesy alone
We were scheduled for install today 3/25/2019. No one showed up by 11:00 A M, so my wife called to find out they moved us out another week with out calling us of the change of dates. Disappointed with Jesse Sallnas, Jr. Customer service didn't happen today. We have prepped the rooms and pulled the toilet. Now we are waiting on to hear from Macy when this will happen. Took day off to reinstall toilet and sink. Not happy.
