We found some of their customer service to be desired but, once up snd running it is ok so far.
I love the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Service because my daughter, who knows my food preferences, my landlord's office, what I usually buy at the grocery store, etc. takes care of me - can run errands and do other things with minimal supervision. And I can trust her to be in and out of my house, keep watch also. The app. is easy to follow and Priscilla, our Coordinator is quick to respond to any schedule adjustments/changes necessary such as fordoctor's appointment change and clinic visits I need to do.
