So far so good. Freedom Care has been great service for my Mom and myself so far. I had an issue with the app and the response was excellent. It was resolved the same day with the help of Freedom Care Rep. I'm very impressed with the different services within the Freedom Care App to help the family with any issues virtually.☺️
