180 experience at Cech vs Volvo Service Department of Winter Park. Carlos was who I worked with directly and he delivered on the customer experience from start to finish; he was responsive, patient with my questions, and just all around amicable person. Cech did a thorough examination of my vehicle to find that what was originally diagnosed as the issue (and costing me $2,700) was in fact not the issue and saved me quite a bit of money. I won’t be taking my Volvo anywhere else from here forward!

I recently learned that they have a Mercedes expert in the shop and the work was excellent. The Cech team was clear about which repairs needed immediate attention and which items could be addressed at a later date.
