Few things that need fixed here and there, and a few things need updated. Luckily we have a maintenance man who cares. New property manager seems to get things done around here. I moved in a few months ago, and it was tough when the last manager quit. Very fortunate to have gotten an apartment here! Neighbors are a blessing and my 5 year old loves the local kids. Schools are a plus too, and you're located close to the center of town and only a few moments from most establishments. I'd recommend these apartments to anybody!

Stacy is an amazing landlord she got me and my daughter in our brand new apartment in about a week and a half. There are still some things that need fixed around here but we are so thankful to have new carpet new linoleum and fresh paint. My neighbors are all kind and I couldn't be happier to be in this community.

Your apartment manager Stacy is wonderful, as is the Chris in maintenance (you need to find another person to work with him to replace the man who was fired). My apartment is in good shape and is comfortable for me. I am worried about the possible increase in rent in January, but am happy otherwise.

Stacy is the sweetest person she helped me with the paperwork. She was on top of things as far as contacting me and letting me know what needed to be done. I appreciate her so much and I'm so glad to have met her.

The manager, Stacy, Add Cedar Cort is very good at her job, very professional, very fast, and getting all my information to the right people for my new and amazing apartment. The maintenance team did an amazing job on painting and cleaning the apartment.. well done, winterwood team, 5 stars across the board.

Stacy is the most patient, kindest apartment manager in this area. She balances this well with also being professional. The maintenance crew worked very hard to get the apartment ready for me to move in, too. Nice, quiet, peaceful apartment.

It depends on the day. However most recently ive made a maintenance request for a elongated toilet seat and mini blind. It has been nearly a month now. Ive had to purchase the toilet seat on my own, it appears Winterwood cant afford it. So ive had to take it upon myself to get it repaired. Im still waiting for the mini blind. I guess it comes over by way of a camel 🐫 FROM IRAN. Hopefully soon Because Im broke. I did have a suggestion about the very big holes in.the parking lot. Prices are beyond ridiculous they don't take care of the property in 2 years we've had someone spray like 3 times they say they're gonna do inspections and then dont they will leave your apartment damaged and not repaired and then the maintenance man refuses to actually do any real work. I have broken windows broken doors hole in my ceiling etc and it's been known about since the literal first day we moved in. These are the worst apartments and if you care about your self at all be homeless first you'll never get ahead here ... read more
