RecommendedI have been taking my child to this practice since he was born and have had a great experience with all of the pediatricians. My child loves going there even when he’s very ill because the doctors and staff are so friendly, and he particularly appreciates the aquarium in the lobby. I also see the doctors and nurse practitioners for myself from time to time. They really listen and prescribe appropriate and effective treatment every time. It’s usually easy to get a same-day appointment at this practice, which I appreciate.
The office staff is the problem with this doctors office. Let me state this is not the first problem with this office staff, this is just the latest. Called in to make my son an appointment. I was asked his date of birth, I gave it. Then the receptionist stated information that would not be accurate for my sons account. I stated the info was incorrect and had never been what she stated. RecommendedEveryone at this practice is fantastic. Our primary is Dr. Betzi Mathew and my kids adore her. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and great with kids. The follow up and after hours care has been prompt and helpful. We were able to get our flu shots in the same room as the kids so they weren’t as scared and we saved time not having to go to another facility. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

RecommendedWe absolutely love Merideth. She will be missed but we wish her the best in her future endeavors. She is kind, compassionate, and very medically competent. She will be very successful wherever she goes. Tough shoes to fill! The only reason I didn't offer 5 stars was they double charged me for co-pay and couldn't figure out how to credit me. They tried but the system wasn't user friendly to solve this issue.

RecommendedEVERYONE at this facility is top notch in their field and really try to take care of the patient. They always try to answer my inane questions and present me with plenty of material so I can recall what all was done. When a Doctor OR NP leaves, it is like one of my family just moved. I treasure my relationship with this clinic and would never go anywhere else!
We had a great first experience! My son is transitioning from a different practice and hasn't had a well check visit here yet. Despite that, they got us in at the after hours clinic and were amazing with him. He absolutely loved the nurse that he saw. She was SO good with kids. The doctor was thorough and made us feel at ease! We were very happy with our experience!
RecommendedMy husband and I were seen as new patients, welcomed here and made to feel really comfortable with nurse and doctor. All questions were answered and referrals made to handle health issues. Our entire family (three generations) are registered here and so far pleased with everything.
