We love the staff here, especially the doctors and nurses. I would give mixed reviews on the office staff. I spoke with a lady today that was very nice but that's not always the case. They are always okay, just not super friendly like the one today. We see Dr. Mathew but have seen other doctors and they always take care of our little ones.

I would give them a negative rating if I could. I went to have a strep test, but the PA said I didn't need one. Then I mentioned I had an acupuncture tack in my ear (tiny little metal thing) that I couldn't see myself, could she please take out. She said okay. Well, that "surgery" as she coded it, cost me $178.47.....TWO seconds with a pair of tweezers. When I originally mentioned it to the nurse when I first went in, she said she wasn't going to put in my chart, or there would be a charge....for me to just ask the PA w... read more

I adore this Practice! I've been taking my children for 5 years now and Dr. Moore is beyond amazing. They have a new pediatrician, Dr. Lebas, and he is just as amazing and sweet as Dr. Moore. We also see Dr. King and Dr. Cardwell. They always make time for us and give us the attention we need. Sometimes waiting to be seen is hard, but it's never been without reason. I love the new office and that things are updated.

My kids have seen Dr. Mathew for almost three years now and we couldn't be more happy. She always spends time getting to know them and takes the time to answer all of our questions.

We had been patients for over 10 years, it's changed. My mom had a biopsy and after not hearing back after several weeks had to call back to find out it was positive for melanoma. A $50 mistake on our end due to a billing issue had them drop me as a patient, which I totally understand. They sent a letter saying I was dropped. I get it. My son who is on a totally different insurance plan, and had no issue with his account, and was not mentioned in my letter was apparently dropped too. I found out when I called trying to get... read more

They changed their policies without notice. Will not refill a medicine you have been on because you didn't mention it at your the appointment. They can take your blood pressure at your appointment a week before then you need a refill on it and you have to come back in for your blood pressure to be checked again. My husband and I are tired of their "office policies" and them changing them. Also them being money hungry and having you come in for every little thing all the time.
