Came in for a visit with my 17 year old daughter. The Medical Assistant was super friendly, and my daughter was surprised her throat swab did not hurt at all! Dr Hall was wonderful and spoke directly to her and gave her great advice and was super supportive and kind. Made my daughter feel so much better while being sick.
Doctors were nice and helpful but their use of Quest Diagnostics for 3rd party labs is horrible. Be careful about any lab work done there as you will get a bill 2 months later with no explanation and warning that you are past due. They had my contact info as I was sent a survey 10 min after getting the lab work done, but they can't figure out how to send me a bill in a timely fashion.
As a parent, finding a pediatrician who not only possesses the necessary medical expertise but also genuinely cares about your daughter well-being is paramount, since my daughter have high health needs. I cannot recommend this clinic if you are dealing with serious health issues. My experience has been repeatedly disappointing, with the standard advice being to “drink more fluids.” After an X-ray confirmed pneumonia, I was prescribed antibiotics. However, even after three days of treatment, my condition continued to deteriorate. When I sought further guidance, I was told to either keep drinking more fluids or visit the ER if symptoms worsened. Dr. Julie Hall is very professional. She is not only kind but also smart and she is really good at providing a detailed course of action. Even when i went for my kids wellness check-up, she checked in great detail. So I will continue to go to Dr. Hall even though I moved to out of town. Thank you so much for treating my 3kids so well. I really highly recommend her!!
