They do offer a group support that come in and talk with the residents that help with Memory Care. They always offers for family and friends to come and visit for dinner or lunch.

They kept everybody safe during the pandemic which was very important.
I think the staff have been very compassionate and concerned about my parents and their well being. They have been great with communication and we have been pleased with that. I would recommend to others looking.
We had our choice of any assisted living facility and chose Cedarbrook Memory Care for the following reasons: 1. Executive director and Director of Community Relations made everything easy from the first contact. They treated us like family (need I say more). 2. Licensed LVN on staff 24/7 . 3. While our loved one was there we had a great experience, and the staff members took really good care of him.
This facility is very upscale, yet warm and inviting. All staff are super kind and friendly. After only one week of my Mom's residence there, I have received numerous phone calls to keep me updated on Mom's status. This has definitely helped ease my mind that this is the right choice for her. Because of COVID lockdown, I have not been able to visit, but I have been able to stop by to get updates from all staff. Fresno, CA has been a constant hotbed for COVID-19 in 2020 & on. Cedarbrook has worked hard to keep residents healthy, sane & happy during their long stay-in-place marathon, keeping families informed and enabling visits as the law & safety allowed. My Dad moved in at the beginning of summer 2020 & we were very concerned. He has done well & I thank all of the staff for their hard work during this difficult & scary time!! ??????????
I thought that Cedarbrook was a nice environment and it is a very secure facility. I did also like that it is all strictly memory care residents, so the staff members were dedicated more to those individuals.
Our loved really enjoys the meal and dining services, and from what we have seen the activities seem good. With COVID it has been so hard, but they have been very cautious. They made a blocked room where you can see your loved one through a glass window. Our loved one seems pretty happy, and she feels safe there
