Appt was OK. Wait time was short. However, I hate the Xray tools. I have a small month and taking that appliance into my month is a painful experience. there has to be a better way.
I was satisfied with my entire visit. The only thing I didn't like about my experience is after my 2 hour appointment , the receptionist asked me to pay half of the exam cost bc she didn't want me to wait for her to figure out my insurance. I have her that info before I went in to speak with the doctor, why didn't she figure all that out while I was being seen. She assumed I would be back and would use the credit applied to my account. I had to wait 30 plus mins for my teeth cleaning appointment and nothing was mentioned about the delay. I make an effort to get there on time and always apologize if I am late and I expect the same when I have to wait 30 min plus mins.
