They don’t pay freelancers for the hours they put in. I put in 4 hours of work for this podcast, when I asked for payment, they removed my ad reads, refused to pay me, and chalked it up to me not being an “official employee.” People take advantage of freelancers and this company is no exception. My ad reads were live for at least a day. I was told by an employee that they would discuss paying me with Paul, after my ad reads had already been live on services.
