As a first time home buyer, buying blindly in a state I am not familiar with and being in the industry myself, I had great anxiety. Brandon helped me navigate the FHA loan process, found me alternatives to help me with my home buying and was wonderful at calming my anxious moments. I found the loan process pretty easy even with the rather redundant UW condition regarding the ability to trace the funds.
