3 words: HUGE RIP OFF Reason: There is one guy that actually knows what he is doing, and then there is another guy that looks like he found out how to use the screwdriver yesterday. On the website they tell you how long they would take to fix a certain part, and the only way that is accurate is if you multiply the time they give you by 10. Terrible service + the workers who are SUPPOSED TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE about the iphone...were not.
