I was happy that I came in for the health evaluation. Discovering the carotid issue which I had not been aware of was valuable in itself. Perhaps the most valuable information was the nutritional issues discussed. Even though I'm eating meat protein and various vegetables, I learned that I was also eating a lot of things with high sugar content with actual sugars and bad carbs.
