Fantastic office. Everyone on staff, from front desk to assistants are super helpful and knowledgeable. The Doctor spent a great deal of time reviewing my medical history, medications for possible interactions and carefully explained the entire process. Very impressed, but more importantly, I felt comfortable with her. Also, they went out of their way to schedule me in quickly for both the consultation and procedure!
Look, nobody wants to go to this office. But if you HAVE to go to a practice like this (teeth extraction, etc) this the best. Dr. Chi is excellent—everybody is nice. They are caring, prompt and make an unwanted (but needed) procedure as tolerable as can be.
My second wisdom tooth removal. My local dentist referred me to another oral surgeon and she was beyond unprofessional. Anyway…Dr. Kai-Zu Chi was the other recommendation. Very professional staff from Sarah at the front to everyone else and the Dr. herself. Professional and traditional office with lovely artwork. The equipment is modern. Dr. Chi is definitely a "people person" and her willingness to take the time to explain all the nuisance of doing a dental implant and what works the best for my dental needs are the most impressive takeaway for my first consultation visit. She makes my decision easy and I shall look forward to having her to perform my bone graft and dental implant.
The staff is upbeat, caring and put me at ease before my extraction. The doctor is beyond amazing. The procedure went easily; couldn’t believe it was over. Incredibly, there has been absolutely no pain since procedure was over. Easier than I could have imagined. What a great office and doctor! I very highly recommend.
