Dr. Sheppard and staff took the time to thoroughly explain the process and procedure. He adequately set up the expectations and exceeded them.
Nice clean facility, courteous and professional staff. Dr. Shepard was knowledge, and I did not feel rushed during the surgery. Follow service also exceeded expectations. The office even sent a bouquet of flowers for a scheduling mix up.
Dr. Sheppard installed my implant and it was one of the smoothest and easiest implant surgeries I've had (this is #4). During the entire procedure I was regularly asked how I was doing which was reassuring of their concern of any pain I may be having. I had none and was done in less than an hour. His staff was also extremely nice and willing to discuss any questions I had both prior and after the surgery. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sheppard and he will be doing any future implant work I need.
