The front area associates are kind and helpful. The nursing staff are fantastic! My family and I have only seen Dr. Olesky and we really appreciate the way he interacts with us concerning our care. He explains the procedure in a reassuring manner that makes us feel like we are listened to. Thank you to the entire staff for providing a safe and friendly environment.
The entire office is fantastic, from the front desk all the way to the surgeon. They are efficient, compassionate and very focused on exceptional patient care. Dr. Eckstein's concern for his patients goes above and beyond. He takes the time to personally contact his patients to ensure their recovery is going well. This is true class! To begin, as a new patient having the ability to complete the intake process online, on my time, was terrific. (Better than holding a clipboard in the office filling out paperwork). I had the opportunity to visit the El Cajon office which was easy to locate and had plenty of parking. Got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Oleksy. He was super professional, extremely nice, and made me very comfortable. The dental assistants were very nice too. My wisdom teeth operation went smooth, recovery smooth as well. All to the great work and recovery advice Dr. Oleksy gave me.
I had to visit this office for the second time (unfortunately), both times for a cracked tooth. An extraction and implant is certainly “a process” but Dr. Eckstein is a total pro and puts you at ease throughout all procedures. The staff there is amazing as well. All I have to say is, thanks for all you do there.
