Dr. Rupert is always in a rush the minute she enters the exam room. Each visit I have had, she finishes the visit by opening the door part way through as if I'm not valued enough to ensure she has answered questions and that I understand her recommendations. Nothing was given to me in writing. I had to remind assistant about a prescription for cream the doctor mentioned. I also had to call office later when I remembered there was an otc pill she recommended but didn't write it down.

Dr. Hayes had a full schedule then received a call about 2 hours later that he had made room for me to come in. Needless to say I came right over, that's why I always ask for Dr. Hayes he diagnosed the problem called in 2 prescriptions and had them in my possession to start treatment in less than 30 minutes. My experience with Dr. LINGAM was wonderful. She is always very happy and takes care of all my needs. I had 8 pre cancer spots and she was able to care for them. Would recommend her to any one looking for a dermatologist.
