I never expected to be reduced to tears after being reprimanded and belittled while sitting in a paper gown. This woman’s focus was on proving the patient wrong instead of addressing my fears with treatment. I felt backed into a corner until I agreed with her statements and started crying. I am appalled that this women is allowed to be in a room alone with a patient. Absolutely dehumanizing and traumatic.

I saw Dr. Williams for my 3rd pregnancy and only because she was a provider in the practice. She was rude and degrading when I declined an internal exam at my 40 week appt. She told me I was putting baby at risk for death. Scare tactics! She also told me I HAD to schedule an induction for the next few days. Will not go back. Was ordered to go to Dr Gerstein, but he wasn't available, so I ended up with Dr Landau. Dr Landau was dismissive of my concerns, condescending, sanctimonious and rude. He asked me if I was "going through a mid life crises". I guess because I'm a 56 yr old post menepausal woman that rides a motorcycle. We took my dad to see this doctor. We found out in the first week in June of 2021 that my dad had prostate cancer. He was sent for more scans and the results were delayed because the doctor was on "vacation" by the time my dad was finally able to see the doctor again to be referred for treatment it was 2 and a half MONTHS after being first diagnosed. I had the misfortune of this doctor being in charge when I was delivering my child. I never saw her at the office during my check-ups. She was on a schedule. She came in at 8am, and wanted my baby out by 5pm. Completely insensitive and uncaring. We were both doing fine, but she rushed me along, put me on pitocin without any need for it and turned off my epidural (telling me that she was just turning it down instead). I was rushed, in great pain and miserable. Awful doctor. Horrible human.

Terrible. Her staff is rude and irresponsible. I have been having pain over the past year and every test I got done they said nothing was wrong, long behold after a new doctor looked over the results I've had a problem that could've been fixed a long time ago. I'm shocked that an office like this is still operating. I have had them cancel appointments and not tell me because it's 'inconvenient' for them.
