Administrative staff needs improvement: main office fax machine is not working and I am unable to send any paperwork. It usually takes a long time to get response on portal messages. I have been waiting on the office manager to return my calls to discuss my bill for weeks now. I ended up with a rather large bill and no one has been able to explain why my lab was not sent to labs that's cheaper or at least made aware of the potential cost prior.
