Staff was amazing. Kind and patient. I was very early for my appointment and they took me in right away. The tech who did my mammogram was the nicest person. Very gentle and understanding. Talked me through everything as it was my first time having a mammogram done. Solid first experience and everyone was lovely. Front staff was welcoming and overall I had a fantastic experience.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. I had to reschedule when I showed for my original appointment as I was not “in the system.” LOLS! Although frustrating they got things righted and I got a new appointment. They were apologetic and I felt better.

First, I arrived super early for my appointment. They had no issue taking me in. The two ladies at the reception/check in desk were so friendly and professional. The technician was incredible. She made me feel very comfortable, explained the history and process of my first mammogram, was so friendly and professional. I had a wonderful first experience. I have heard nightmare stories of getting mammograms. This was so easy, such a please and painless.
