Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks this summer. CH&C sent guys out right away for a quote and were able to install a new A/C the next day!

Centerville Heating & Cooling did an amazing job installing my new AC and Furnace. My installers were Jake & Chris, and they were very professional. They informed me of everything they were doing and worked a grueling 9 1/2 hours with barely stopping. It was by far the best service experience I have had at my house in 20+ years. I highly recommend them.
This morning I was contacted by the installers they were on there way and the expected time of arrival. They greeted me respectfully and proceeded to introduce themselves and went to work. They stayed the task kept me informed and if I had any questions or concerns throughout the job or a possible issue came up. The team and I got alone very well and I highly recommend them and Five Star Heating and Cooling Group to others that may need an AC and or Furnace. Josh called us to let us know when he would arrive, started immediately, did a thorough diagnostic of the problem, and repaired it. He didn’t try to sell us on a new furnace, but shared the options we had to do the repair. He was courteous the whole time, letting me know exactly what he was doing during each step. The repairs were reasonably priced. Thank you for you quick response
