They’ve been my vet for several years now so this is NOT based on one experience. The office staff led by office manager Sarah is horrible they don’t return calls or emails you have to call 3-5 times before getting them to set an appointment, and you will never get a follow up. They are incompetent office staff and can’t follow up with the most basic of tasks like phone calls or sending medical records for insurance claims. I highly discourage you go to this vet. Every experience I’ve had with them has been bad and shown me they are just money hungry, and charge you unnecessarily. I brought my dog in at the end of September for an initial exam, and I wanted them to checkout a growth on his leg, it had been there for over a year and I just wanted to make sure it was not cancerous. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were dissatisfied with our prices. With regard to our exam pricing, you received your first exam as a new client at 1/2 off, and our records indicate you only paid $29.50 at that time. Our normal exam fee is $59 rather than $96. We charge exam fees for pets who have not been seen in 30 days as dogs age 7 times faster than humans, so their 30 days is like 210 human days. They scheduled my Girl for surgery immediately when her usual vet’s office said they weren’t staffed for surgery today. Central Animal Hospital will be our vets from now own.
