I did most of the pre-sale leg work via text with JD my sales advisor. He was responsive and thorough. The day we came in to complete the paperwork he had the vehicle already detailed and gassed up. It only took an hour and 15 minutes from the time we got there to driving off the lot with our new car. Great experience.
