Bryan went way out of his to make sure that I received the best deal that the dealership could give me.Emilia Rak also goes out of her way and always has a very up beat personality.I have now purchased 3 cars and will most likely buy my next one there.I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car new or used Bryan will treat you great.
In all my years of purchasing many many vehicles this by far was the most polite and pleasant experience. Had a bad experience with another dealer and ended up at Central Kia in Plano. After weeks of dealing with complete failed attempts to buy a car and jerk care salesmen I FINALLY found what I needed. We recently bought a pre-owned 2005 Audi A4 from Central Kia in Plano and I have to say it was a very easy deal. I put in an online request for a price through Edmunds and received a very quick response, they even asked me what color and options I wanted. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. My service advisor Jacob O’Neal gave me nothing but runaround and never followed up. Jose Guerra was extremely rude and nasty when I dropped off my car. They don’t answer the phone here, they don’t return calls or messages, and the customer service people are just as bad— they avoid your calls, forward you to voicemail, and never give you straight answers. On June 6th, my mother—who has been a loyal Kia and Hyundai customer for years—brought her vehicle in for service at this dealership. Worst service experience EVER! Dropped my car off for a recall issue on a Monday, never heard a word from my service advisor until Thursday when a text was sent to my relative (designated contact) to notify the parts were in (parts we were never told about) and then after my relative contacted them on Friday they said the car would be done that afternoon. I’ve been a loyal customer of Central Kia of Plano for years, having purchased my last two vehicles here and getting all my service done as well. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Without any prior notice, they now charge a 3% fee for using credit cards, and they failed to inform me of this until after my service was completed.
