I had very nice experience at service department, being greeted at the door and welcomed! Kirk my service advisor was excellent with arranging my Kia's recall repairs. He explained it to me the whole process and was very knowledgeable. The car suppose to be ready around 5 but to my nice surprise it was fixed before 2! Thank you, doing business with you it was very pleasurable experience!
