I needed an emergency root canal which my dentist did not have time to complete. He referred me to Dr. Webster. Going to see a new doctor while in a lot of pain was a little scary, however, Fatima & Dr. Webster were both great. The procedure was completed quickly and painlessly. They put me at ease right away and I knew I was receiving great care. The best advice I can offer is; the night before your appointment you can sleep well, no need for any stress or worry - all you need to do is try to be a good patient and rest knowing that they are prepared and eager to take excellent care of you. All good! The staff in Dr. Smith’s office is patient, expert and client-centered. It starts at the top: Dr. Smith is a 5 star endodontist. If I ever need specialist dental care, I —FOR SURE—will contact him immediately.
Dr.Smith advised me of each step before he took it. Absolutely no pain! Very gentle and caring AND followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Wonderful experience.
Professionalism was top tier! Everyone was so accommodating and the procedure was not as terrifying as I was led to believe. I hope that I never need another root canal but in the unlikely event that I should, this is definitely where I’ll be returning. Dr. Smith was fantastic!
Everyone was very professional and right on time. Dr. Smith takes his time and was very concerned about me during the procedure. I appreciated the call the day after my surgery to see how I was doing.
I had a very sore tooth and was urgently taken care of by the staff. Tina was able to get me an appointment with just hours and guided me through the process. Upon arrival the staff was waiting for me to perform a bothersome tooth that required a root canal. They performed it with laser precision and went home without any pain. Day two after the lidocaine still no pain. Excellent service by incredibly talented staff of professionals !A+++ highly recommend!!!!
I had a root canal with Dr. Poulos recently. Very kind and attentive, explained what was going on. I have had no complications and had very little pain after the procedure. Exceptional dental care.
