Dr. Smith is a miracle man! I was in horrible pain for 4 days before I saw my general dentist. It took less than 24 hours to get in with Dr. Smith. The first thing he did was numb the pain so I could understand what he needed to explain to me. The procedure was absolutely painless and Dr. Smith was communicating with me the entire time. I was referred by my general dentist for a root canal. I was able to get in very quickly. The online registration process was very easy and convenient. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived; the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Arens explained everything he did throughout the procedure and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The follow up after the procedure was impressive as well (Dr. Arens himself called a few days after my appointment to check on how I was doing). I would highly recommend!
The best advice I can offer is; the night before your appointment you can sleep well, no need for any stress or worry - all you need to do is try to be a good patient and rest knowing that they are prepared and eager to take excellent care of you.
