Their vets are great and so is staff!
I cannot express enough how professional and caring the doctors and staff of Centralia Animal Hospital have been with the care of my three dogs. Today I sadly had to say goodbye to my little buddy Gus. Over the past months all at Centralia have provided excellent care for Gus in life and in his untimely departure. I can never truly thank them enough for kindness and caring they showed me today in the loss of my beloved Gus.
Not quite 2 weeks ago, I had to let go of my sweet 18 year old girl, Sadie. Because my cats were indoors their entire lives, it had been years since they had been to a vet. I literally just searched for vets in my area and picked one. I hit the jackpot. I can’t put in to words how incredibly compassionate and loving they were with me and, more importantly, Sadie. The vets, especially Jason Heitzman, are the best!
I can't imagine taking my dog Hawthorne anywhere but Centralia Animal Hospital. Dr. Jason Heitzman is the best vet I've ever known. He always explains not just what needs to be done for my dog, but the science behind the different options, and that empowers me when it comes to making decisions about my dog's care. Everyone at Centralia is so kind and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Today was our FURst visit with a Dr. G to be exact. What a great experience!!! He was attentive, caring, knowledgeable, patient, loving. My Maggie girl showed her sweet personality to them even in terrible UTI pain. I feel after 5 1/2 years at a different Vets office (we were commuting to the old location and it is just to much) that we have found the best fit for us in Chester!! Thank you CAH!
