I sent my car in today to get cleaned up because we had a buyer for it. The outside it beautiful and they even got some surface scratches out. However, they ripped an 8 inch gash in my driver seat and didn’t bother to say anything about it. We noticed when we picked it up. The leather was not previously cracked or otherwise ripped. It was not a cheap service at all… $350 plus tip

Update: All has been taken care of. They do care about their customers and their experience. I would definitely recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went here to use the touchless wash and paid $6 for quick wash. Very very disappointed my car was still dirty. It’s like spray a lil soap and rinse. All it did was move the dirt around. I had to go home and re-wash my car. The vacuum suction isn’t good at all either. My appointment was at 9:45 this morning and I did not get my car back until 3:16. Was told a seat cleaning and hand wash would take 2 hours total. Got my car back with a dent and scratch marks on the bumper as well as it being in almost the same condition I brought it in after paying $95. The cost was reduced by the manager as I was extremely dissatisfied, but after further assessment when I got home I shouldn’t have paid a dime! This place sucks. Don’t waste your money or time.
