5 Star : My Experience This is the 2nd repair I’ve had done at Cerritos Auto & was just as satisfied as the 1st time. The front desk receptionist, Marcus & Roger the manager were courteous & professional. I would have liked for the initial inspection team to keep me more up-to-date on the timeline & status of the inspection rather than me having to reach out. I greatly appreciated Marcus’s initiative with driving my car back to the painters to fix some bubbles. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

5 Star : My Experience The experience from start to finish was great! The team communicated thoroughly with me daily and my car looked even better than before the accidents I unfortunately went through. Every staff member was lovely, from the staff receptionist, Jessica I think her name was (I’m so sorry if it isn’t Jessica), to the driver who dropped me off at the shop. Everyone made the process so easy! I would YES most definitely come back, but hopefully I don’t need to lol
