Good customer service/ what didn't like other customers waiting to long for there car

Service people were professional, however, I went in to have them check the reason why my temperature gauge kept rising. They then proceeded to tell me about 11 other problems on my vehicle. With the estimated amount at over $10,000 for a 13 year old vehicle, I "quickly" decline any work to be done.

Jacob Vargas is always top notch. Love love love his great customer service! My only issue was the $300 charge to ascertain the source of an oil leak. This did not include the cost to repair it. I got all "must needs" repaired at a local licensed mechanic without the $300 charge to diagnosis an oil leak at half the cost. I will bring the invoice at my next oil change. Respectfully, Ms. Robbins

They weren't done when they said and they want over $200 to tell me why my engine light is on. I can get it free at just about any other place.
