The overall experience with Cerritos Nissan was great especially delivery of vehicle to home. The worst part of my new vehicle 2022 Nissan Altima purchase is the car makes several rattling noises behind steering wheel/dashboard and clunking noise when turning that I'm taking to service soon to troubleshoot??!! I'm sure delivery driver had to hear same noises but did not communicate issues to me??!!

I want to recognize service advisor Cameron for doing a fantastic job, along with his fantastic customer service. He went above and beyond. I also want to recognize the technician and the parts department for also going above and beyond. My trucks repairs and parts were completed sooner than I expected.

"An excellent job." I wanted to compliment Tony Fears for his advise and Transparency, which was important to me to understand and have confidence in job being done. Not only he has the job knowledge but also patience and willingness to explain thoroughly to the customer. The Dos and Don'ts of maintaining an EV are very useful. There are not many Service Specialists, who can share with confidence about longevity of Nissan Leaf. "Thank you very much Tony." Thank you.
