Cerritos Nissan Service Department treats their customers with respect. It took an Associate a few minutes to get to me (had an appointment), but I never felt like they were wasting my time. I could tell he was with another customer, and if I were that customer, I would want the Service Associate to take time explaining what was done to my car.
