5 Star : My Experience Both times I walked in with my children all the employees in the office made us feel welcome and were so inviting. They jumped up to get my kids popcorn and water all while talking to them like they were equals. Elmer has awesome customer service. He went over in detail both times, (dropping off and picking up), what he was doing and what was going to happen. He made sure all my questions were answered before he let me leave.
