0 Star : My Experience Completion of car took almost 2 months, a month longer than estimated due to an oversight in paperwork. Communication during the process was terrible. I'd call to check the status of my car and would often be told I'd get a call back but wouldn't. If I did get a call back, they would give me inaccurate dates for completion. Took it back to rectify this a few days later. Then told last week ti would here back from them. Called on Tuesday . They said to come in and have this taken care of. Went yesterday and story changed. Before they were ordering the new one and get rental. Now go home and we will look for the trim and talk to your insurance.
