Poor and “ thirsty” approach to sell you a car. Poor and “ thirsty” approach to sell you a car. Desperate is the word that comes to mind. I then went to review the reviews and let’s just say thank goodness bc I am convinced I would have regretted purchasing and or financing from this dealership. I do believe many of their vehicles have hidden issues that will become evident within a couple months and so if you do go here get great warranty for certain
I would give a negative if I could, we received a quote I would give a negative if I could, we received a quote from this dealership online. We get there and they try to jack up the price, then we show them the internet quote and say they can’t meet it because it doesn’t include the dealer added accessories. Then the GM comes over and tries to strong arm us we walked away and if they were this bad during the buying process I bet they are even worse in the service department. Stay away unless you to be taken advantage of.

WARNING AVOID THIS PLACE!!! WARNING AVOID THS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! So far after being here for an hour here is my experience. Nearly hit an employee who darted into the street in front of me. He did not look and was very startled when I honked to alert him of my presence behind him. Arrived 10 minutes early to a 10am service appointment. Terrible Took my car in for a recall repair, I was called every 10 minutes asking me to trade in or sell it, then, when I went to pick it up they could not find my car. It took 45 minutes for them to find my car. I am taking it to my personal mechanic because I doubt they fixed the recall issue, even though I was forced to sign the paper stating it was fixed. NO ACCOUNTABILITY BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A USED CAR. We purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue from Eric (who was great). However, only one fab (key) worked. It took us weeks of chasing after the manager (Thomas Castro), leaving several messages, until we finally got him on the phone to be told we had to fork out another $200 to reprogram the fab and that it wasn't their problem. Racists They’re internet sales manager Saul Estrada is a stone cold racist and they do not care. There are screen shots on Facebook if you just search. I would not do business with this dealership. They were alerted and did NOTHING about it.
