Meredith was kind, patient and very professional. There were times throughout the process that i felt overwhelmed but Meredith has the ability to assist you where you are. She took me through each step, held my hand and explained everything to me. When i would receive emails with items listed that i needed to provide, i would almost be in tears because i didn't understand some of the items. All i had to do was call, text or email my concerns. Each and every time Meredith was quick with a response.
We had a pre-approved mortgage loan through a credit union while house shopping. We found our dream home in a very competitive market, we were lucky enough to win the offer but the seller wanted 30 days for appraisal contingency which the credit union could not agree too. I've always heard that the lending portion of the home buying process is the hardest, but I didn't experience that at all. I was shocked at how smoothly this went after hearing horror stories about others experience when it came to securing and completing the loan.
