Meredith was kind, patient and very professional. There were times throughout the process that i felt overwhelmed but Meredith has the ability to assist you where you are. She took me through each step, held my hand and explained everything to me. When i would receive emails with items listed that i needed to provide, i would almost be in tears because i didn't understand some of the items. All i had to do was call, text or email my concerns. Each and every time Meredith was quick with a response.

We had a pre-approved mortgage loan through a credit union while house shopping. I've always heard that the lending portion of the home buying process is the hardest, but I didn't experience that at all. I was shocked at how smoothly this went after hearing horror stories about others experience when it came to securing and completing the loan. Meredith is extremely responsive, there was never a delay in communication. This was truly the least stressful part and I was expecting it to be the hardest.
