I have closed on roughly 6 homes in the past and at no time did I find the process easier and taken care of with as much detail as I did with Tom Brown. It was carried out without any stress and the process was truly enjoyable...great customer experience!!!
Tom offers high quality service in terms of response in time manner; Great finance/loan/ tax knowledge; presence at closing and so on. He offered me reasonable interest rate. With his patience and knowledge, I feel comfortable through out my loan process. And I would choose him even if his rate is a bit higher than other entities.
Mr. Tom was an amazing help. He provided all the information necessary and answered all the questions I had. Great communication and very professional.

Tom made the lending process easy. We sat down and discussed how everything would work in advance. Once I started looking for a house he responded quickly to my requests and that allowed everything to go smoothly. Tom's experience was very nice to have for a first time buyer and I am very glad my co-worker recommended him.

Even our title company at closing expressed how much they love working with him since he makes the process so easy for everyone involved.
Tom came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint! I found him extremely easy to work with, flexible and timely! Of all the homes that I’ve purchased this was by far the smoothest transaction despite a unique situation that could have presented challenges if not managed properly.
Tom made it so easy to close on our first home! He was able to answer any questions we had and had knowledge on different grants we qualified for. Would use him again on a new home or refinance.
Tom has helped me several times through the years— he helped me refinance a previous home, helped me run the numbers when I was looking to buy a home, and then helped me two years later when I sold my home and purchase a new one. I will most definitely use him again next time I sell/buy. I have nothing but great things to say about Tom and the rest of the staff!
