I have closed on roughly 6 homes in the past and at no time did I find the process easier and taken care of with as much detail as I did with Tom Brown. It was carried out without any stress and the process was truly enjoyable...great customer experience!!!
Tom offers high quality service in terms of response in time manner; Great finance/loan/ tax knowledge; presence at closing and so on. He offered me reasonable interest rate. With his patience and knowledge, I feel comfortable through out my loan process. And I would choose him even if his rate is a bit higher than other entities.

Tom has helped me several times through the years— he helped me refinance a previous home, helped me run the numbers when I was looking to buy a home, and then helped me two years later when I sold my home and purchase a new one. I will most definitely use him again next time I sell/buy. I have nothing but great things to say about Tom and the rest of the staff!
