This was our first experience with buying a car from Certified AutoBrokers. It was nothing like our previous vehicle purchases. We shopped at a few different dealers (both big and small) when we bought our new (to us) car. At each of those other dealers we were met with the stereotypical “used car salesperson” schtick.
