I just want to give a big thanks to everyone down at certified auto. I recently purchased my second vehicle from them. It was the most stress free trade in I’ve ever had. They never upset. My sales man Justin even had me take a picture of my mileage so he can send me a friendly reminder as to when I need an oil change because I’m one of those who needs it lol now If that’s not going the extra mile I don’t know what is. I’ll definitely be sending more buyers your way. Shop certified guys you won’t be disappointed!

Great people. Jim Gill was my salesman. Very helpful without being pushy. Very low pressure sales strategy. When you want to talk to them reach out to them. He even text me back on a Sunday. They won't bombard you with "just checking in" phone calls or messages. Prices are great, my purchase was 4 years old but looked and drives like it's right off the show room floor. Definitely recommend.

I made a hasty decision at a different dealership on a car I almost immediately didn't like in the last year. I talked to Tim Renzoni at Certified about the situation. He heard out what I was looking to move in to and my concerns about mistakes I had made in the last transaction. I went to Certified AutoBrokers because I was pre-approved through CapitalOne. I was suppose to meet up with Jim but he had an emergency, so I met with Chris the owner. I told him what I was looking for, I wanted all the bells and whistles and didn't want to put any money down and keep my note a certain amount. I wanted a truck but what I liked , I would have to put $1000 down and it was a 2014.
