Danny called to say he was stopping to get parts and then would be here. He was friendly and yet professional. He got everything done in an excellent and timely way, even letting me substitute some materials I had been able to get at Lowe's at the last minute). They originally came out on 8/18/11 as part of an Angie's list special of two hours labor for $99. At that visit they fixed the pull string light, installed the door bell,did a safety check, and took down the ceiling lamp. After I had the lamp repaired at a lamp shop, they came back out on 8/31/11 to reinstall it and to replace 3 smoke alarms. I wish I could give a higher grade than A, such as A++. We purchased an "Angie's Big Deal" for2 hours oflabor (parts excluded).We were contacted by phone within 48 hours (although the instructions said we were to call the company). We set the date and time frame (12:00 - 3:00 p.m.) andthe technician, Danny,kept that appointment and had called about 15 minutes before arriving. Greeting him at the door, he seemed to have an easy going and pleasant demeanor. I explained to him what I wanted done, and he immediately began the job. I didn't have to further explain anything once he began the job. So I was pleased to observe his confidence and competence. He finished all of the work under 2 hours, and I was extremely satisfied. The service provided exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend them, as I will be using them for future projects.
He was prompt, polite but not over-chatty, pleasant and got down to work. He was very neat and tidy, did his job quickly and cleaned up the little sawdust made from the drilling. He was in and out in less than 2 hours. Everything works and looks great! Perfect in every way!
Danny was very nice and on time for his appointment. He did a great job installing my outlets. The outlets were measured apart correctly. He cleaned up and worked quickly. It was wonderful!
Danny is a great professional. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, and had everything done in about 1hr. Aside from a perfect install, he cleaned up and was very respectful of the home. I have a dropped ceiling in the basement which made the install a bit easier. He ran the new wire across the basement ceiling and in the wall behind the range. There was a small hole cut in the wall to feed the wire up which he repaired as well. Impressive job.
The technician was knowledgeable, did quality work in a fast and efficient manner. He was very polite and personable. I'd use the company again.
This was a really great service call. They were able to schedule a next-day visit after another electrical company had to cancel a scheduled appointment. I had been given a window of several hours in the early afternoon for the appointment and was told I could expect a call about 30 minutes before the arrival of the electrician.
