Heavy up. Very responsive, and very patient in answering all my questions. Came to do the materials check-list, and since I was going to be out of town the day of the heavy-up, went over the entire procedure with me so I knew what to expect when I returned home. Installed fan, and came back with no problem to change code when interference was noticed with a neighbors fan Great. Excellent. Have used again & will continue to do so.

The technician reviewed the state of my electrical service, the outlets and the box. I was looking for someone to evaluate my electrical needs and give me an estimate of how much it would cost to do the work that was required. The tech warned me when he first arrived that they would probably not do the work, and then I had to call them again to get the report. When an AL subscriber purchases a promotion we naturally assume that they want us to perform the project described in the promotion. Rewired an existing outlet and installed a new outlet. The technician showed up and was extremely courteous and professional. He immediately got to work on the two projects I needed him to complete. He cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was working. He saved small talk about football until he was "off the clock" which is greatly appreciated - it shows the technician was not a robot and genuinely enjoyed meeting people and helping them but also respected that customers were paying by time, not services complete... read more

Replaced one ceiling fan and lowered another ceiling fan that was in a cathedral ceiling. The serviceman called when he was on his way - that was very much appreciated. He went right to work after we showed him what we wanted done. He had a few questions which we answered and there was a bit of a problem so he called the office and was able to fix the problem. That was very much appreciated. Both fans work perfectly. We gave used this company before and will use them again.

He removed the old fans and installed 2 ceiling fans which I had already bought. He came at the time promised. Had to deal with my angry dog ( who is on medication for an injury) and made friends. He worked quickly and carefully. Also had a short discussion regarding art/painting and music. My husband and I are painters and have quite a gallery in the home. My new fans are running quietly and efficiently. Beautiful.
